MAIL LADY M.I.A.!!!!

mannnn why haven't I been able to recieve any of my mail due to the fact that the old woman who mans the mail counter in my dorm has been out "sick" since MONDAY!!!!! its THURSDAY!!!!! I've got checks, packages, and all types of illegal contraband that should be in my possession right now!! Well not the contraband, but that doesn't matter! The absence of one person shouldn't cause an entire system to crash. And to make it even worse, when I asked for an explanation from the building's staff, they said she's the only one with a key to the mail room. Can you say IGNORANT!!! sheesh.
