Good Weather, Good Friends, and Backside 180s

So as many of you may recall from my post "Change of Plans", my outting with that chick was foiled by a fantastically inconvenient phone call from my supervisor informing me I was supposed to be at work. Well she and I finally got back up this afternoon and my schedule was completely open so we had time to chill for lil minute. She came thru the room and we looked thru a couple street wear magazines and checked out Nike SB's skate video "Nothing But the Truth." It all set the ambience to get psyched up and prepare for an afternoon of skating to teach her some basics and get her board broken in. Its been so cold and I've been so busy that I literally haven't skated in a couple months and it showed. We headed downtown to the parking garage across from the Children's Theatre. We messed around there for a lil while and then took it outside to the theatre. That spot was pretty dope because it had several levels of ledges and a nice open concrete area at the base. It was a pretty fun afternoon and I'm pretty sure she enjoyed herself. Here's a couple pics and a vid from today:
